Meridian Freight Cloud connects shippers, carriers, and operators. We seek a Director of Engineering Delivery to improve how product, engineering, data, and operations turn strategy into dependable outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Lead engineering managers and approximately 80 engineers across network, shipment, billing, platform, and data products.
- Create a coherent portfolio operating model across multiple business lines.
- Improve predictability without substituting output metrics for customer outcomes.
- Make dependencies, risks, reliability, capacity, and investment trade-offs observable.
- Partner with Product, Design, Operations, Finance, and Commercial leaders.
- Establish service ownership, launch readiness, SLO, incident-learning, and technical-health practices.
- Coach engineering managers and build succession depth.
- Communicate progress and difficult choices to executives.

Requirements
- 12+ years in engineering and 5+ years leading managers.
- Experience directing 50+ person, multi-team organizations.
- Evidence of improving portfolio delivery, planning, reliability, and cross-functional decisions.
- Strong product thinking, operational judgment, and executive communication.
- Modern cloud, distributed-systems, and data-product experience.

Preferred: logistics, freight, marketplace, or supply-chain experience and operating-model transformation.
