One ledger. Three views. No person score.

Experience, with the
evidence attached.

JobFitIQ turns a résumé into an evidence ledger. Every claim is stamped, every duration is computed from dates, and every public artifact is a link that opens the running thing. From that one ledger it renders a public résumé, a private match report, and a recruiter view.

THREE VIEWS OF ONE LEDGER

Public. Private. Recruiter.

The facts never change between them. What changes is the question each reader is allowed to ask of the evidence.

PUBLIC · ANYONE

The basic résumé, with receipts.

What anyone sees: roles with durations computed from their dates, skills measured by merged tenure, and work you can open. Stamps say what is corroborated and what is still a claim. No score, no lens, nothing subjective.

The public view’s depth chapter: a skill index beside cards for every deliverable, each stamped corroborated or claim.Open Paul’s public view →
PRIVATE · THE CANDIDATE

“I want a job in …”

Paste a job description, or pick a posting on JobFitIQ, and see how your evidence covers each requirement before you apply: coverage for that role, the strongest paths, the honest gaps, and what would raise each one, whether a reference, a public artifact or a certification. This view is yours alone.

The private view’s Studio chapter: each gap in the evidence, with what would raise it, visible only to the candidate.Try the private match →
RECRUITER · HR AND HIRING TEAMS

The same evidence, through your role.

Choose the role family and the bridge draws each requirement to named work, with who did what: ownership, decision authority, team context. The application snapshot adds direct contact and an immutable copy of the ledger. Coverage is measured against your requirements, never as a person score.

The evidence bridge: candidate, named work, role responsibility and target role connected left to right.See what hiring teams receive →

THE PUBLIC VIEW

One minute first.
Evidence when needed.

The story plays in one minute: pick the role, watch the title connect to named work. Then the chapters answer a recruiter’s questions in order: what can I click, how long and how continuous, what was built at scale, how do I get in touch.

THE FORMAT

One evidence graph.
Three legitimate résumé products.

The format began as Ievgen Bondarenko’s V10 concept: one evidence model powering a public résumé, a role-family résumé and a specific application, with the candidate and the target job as permanent anchors. JobFitIQ generates that format from a ledger deterministically, so two builds of the same facts are the same bytes, and a validator checks every claim, link and date before a page ships.

BUILT FOR BOTH SIDES OF THE DESK

Less guessing.
Better conversations.

FOR CANDIDATES

Know your match before you apply.

Paste the posting. See coverage, the gaps and what closes them, privately. Then publish only the public view and send the recruiter a link to the lens you want them to use.

Requirement to named work, with attribution of who did what. The same structure for every candidate, with human judgement kept where it belongs.
