Evidence before
the interview.
JobFitIQ keeps one evidence ledger per candidate. When a candidate applies, they send you the recruiter view of it: their evidence measured against your requirements, with who did what. You read the same structure for every candidate, and the judgement stays with you.
Applying through JobFitIQ is not open yet. The sample snapshot below shows what you will receive.
The application, with receipts.
- An immutable application snapshotWhen a candidate applies, you receive the exact bytes they submitted, at an unlisted address. It cannot be edited after the fact, by them or by us.
- The requirement-to-evidence bridgeEach of your requirements drawn to named work: the role, the organisation, the dates and the deliverable, with the stamp that says whether it is a claim, corroborated or verified.
- Attribution: who did whatOwnership, decision authority and team context for each piece of work, so a team result is not read as one person’s, and one person’s is not lost in a team.
- Coverage against your requirementsHow the evidence covers the requirements in your posting, requirement by requirement, with the confidence shown separately as the share resting on corroborated or verified evidence.
- Direct contactThe candidate’s contact details, included because they chose to apply to you.
The candidate’s private lens.
- The candidate’s private gaps and what they are doing to raise them
- Other jobs they pasted or postings they checked
- Opportunities they looked at and set aside
- Their notes and coaching
In a snapshot these are removed on the server before anything is rendered for you, not hidden with styling.
Coverage is of your requirements.
It is never a grade of a person.
Every number in a snapshot is coverage of a named requirement set: yours. The same candidate covers a different posting differently, and a requirement with no evidence path is shown as missing rather than guessed at. Dates, durations and coverage are computed by code from the ledger, so the same evidence always gives the same result.

This is a sample, not an application. It is Paul Woll’s recruiter view, generated from his ledger, and published the way a snapshot is: at an unlisted address that tells search engines not to index it and tells caches not to keep it.
Paul has not applied to you, so it is measured against role families rather than your posting: choose the role in the page and the bridge follows it. A real snapshot is measured against the requirements of the job the candidate applied for.
